How to Report a Case
If you have been in direct contact (within 6 feet of an infected person for a cumulative total of 15 minutes or more over a 24-hour period starting from 2 days before illness onset) with someone who has COVID-19, have symptoms of COVID-19, have had a COVID-19 test, or have tested positive for COVID-19.
- If you have symptoms and want to get tested consult your general healthcare provider or call the Louisiana Department of Health at (318)-676-7470.
- For employees, notify your direct supervisor and 比尔 Wolfe in Human Resources at 318-797-5169 or 比尔.Wolfe@jinge0888.com. Supervisors must maintain strict confidentiality.
